How we run the clinic

Please give us a business day's notice so we can offer the time to someone else. If something comes up the same day, call the desk on your floor.

Acupuncture needles are sterile and used once, then discarded in a sealed container. Tables are wiped or re-covered between patients, and providers wash their hands before each visit.

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Between providers here, and with your doctor, we share only with your written permission.

When a doctor or therapist refers you, we send a short summary back only if you have signed a release that names their office.

A lift and a stairwell connect the two floors. Tell the front desk if you need extra time, a chair or help getting to your room.

If you are nervous about needles, say so. Your acupuncturist can go slowly, use fewer needles or choose a different approach.
