Choosing a provider

Who should I see first?

If a doctor or physical therapist referred you, book the provider named in the note. If you are not sure, call the front desk and describe what you would like help with in a sentence. We suggest where to start, and you can add a second provider later.

Can I change providers?

Yes. Tell the front desk and we move your plan to the new provider, with your written permission to share what the last one wrote.

Is every provider licensed?

Yes. Each provider holds a license from their own Colorado board, and the license line sits in the footer of every page.
