For referring providers
Send a patient, and hear back
We work alongside your care. Acupuncture and the other care here are one part of a patient's plan, never a replacement for yours.
Refer by phone or with the note form below. We call your patient to find a time, and with their written permission we send your office a short summary after the first visit.
Referral notes are welcome from doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors and other licensed providers
Your patient chooses the floor and the provider with you, or we suggest one
We ask your patient to tell their prescriber about everything they take
We do not change medicines or advise anyone to stop them

How it works
From your note to your patient's first visit
- 01
Step 1: You send a note
Use the form below or call the front desk. A name and a phone number is enough to start.
- 02
Step 2: We call your patient
The front desk finds a time, checks benefits and explains the visit in plain words.
- 03
Step 3: The first visit
Your patient's provider takes a history, asks about every medicine and explains the risks before any treatment.
- 04
Step 4: A summary comes back
With your patient's written permission, we send your office a short summary and say who is seeing them next.
Referral note
Send us a note
Tell us who you are and how to reach you. We reply to find the right provider and the right time.
Questions from referring providers
What do you send back?
A short summary of the first visit and of the plan, and a note when the plan changes, once your patient has signed a release that names your office.
Can I refer to a specific provider?
Yes. Name the provider in your note, or tell us the kind of care and we suggest one.
Do you replace my care?
No. Acupuncture and the other care here sit alongside yours, and each provider tells your patient when to see you first.
Do my patients need a referral?
Often not, but some health plans ask for one and your note helps the team work together. Patients should ask their plan before they book.
